1.2 Finance Back-Office Support

We support operational finance functions for growing online businesses through the following services:

• Company Incorporation: Coordination of company setup and registration procedures.
• Bookkeeping and Financial Record Management: Ongoing management of transactional and financial data.
• Financial Reporting: Preparation of internal financial reports and dashboards.

2. No Regulated Services or Advice

We are a team of seasoned professionals with extensive experience in payments, finance operations, and business support. However, we do not provide any services that require authorisation or regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Specifically, we do not offer financial advice, investment services, accounting audits, or any other activities regulated under the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. We are not FCA-authorised, and we are not chartered accountants.

Our services are operational and advisory in nature, designed to support business workflows and infrastructure. You should consult a licensed financial advisor or accountant for any regulated matters or formal accounting obligations.

3. Client Responsibilities
